Jeroen Hulscher (’84) is a Dutch webdeveloper, who currently works for Tam Tam. He is well-known for his fetisj for “clean code”, and specialized in webstandards, accessibility and semantics.
He also works at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences as a teacher and lecturer.
